Implementing the BSC at the University Library

  • A small task force was appointed for each of the four perspectives
  • A coordinating group includes the task force chairs, the AUL for Organizational Development, the Deputy University Librarian, and the MIS Director
  • Consultation with staff, managers, and administrators

  • Clarify the Library's strategic objectives
  • Propose 4-6 measures in its perspective
  • Analyze the options for collecting data
  • Devise a target for each measure

  • Assigns BSC responsibilities to appropriate staff
